Yeah, definitely seems like a software bug. However, I think I have found a temporary fix. If you click the home button on the remoter it gets brighter as it shows the menu, if you press it again - it goes back to the source with full brightness and the HDR10 still shows.

I tried this worked on fifa but then got wierd artifacts colours but didn't work on other HDR10 games stayed dark

They called you? That's actually really great service if so - hopefully they'll get it sorted soon seeing as the workaround isn't working that well either.

Yea they did I called Friday and the lady said as soon as they hear anything she will call and let me know after the bank holiday

Tcl just called me and they got a response from the higher department. She said they didn't get any troubleshooting details from them so they going to send a technician to have a look at it.
