Hopefully it’ll be available on models globally. For example I know Hisense use Android in the US but Europe gets their proprietary system.

Good news all the same. Perhaps Panasonic will do the same...

There is now a real risk that one TV could support all picture formats, better invent a new proprietary HDR format so that catastrophe does not happen! Maybe we could call it Ultra HDR (UHDR)?
