Well after ordering it on the 10th on the UK site and expecting it to be shipped in a day or two, i had to wait almost 10 days for it to come from China. Then after going through the app and getting no response, although it doesnt say so i realised (doh!) it needed charging, however the thing will not connect to my network. I have 2 internet connections and it wont connect to either.
My android phone and tablet see it, my ipad sees it, but it always fails to connect at the network stage. This is in the same room as the routers.
Despite Ring saying their customer service is excellent, i still haven't had a response from my email of 3 days ago! I know it is now the weekend, but they got it early Friday and they claim 24/7 support.
Not happy with it so far. |
