Stuck in USB port - Smart Phone Flash Tool

Hello,

I'm in Ubuntu.

I'm use Smart Phone Flash Tool. But i'm stuck in USB Port detected.
I trying to flash a OS to my phone.

I have flashed all my phone into a brick. my phone works fine into i flash my device.

Then i use SP Flash Tool again:

I trying to connect the device to my Computer i got this error here:

From what I have researched it looks like it's a Indigi® 4G LTE SmartPhone 5

more info to this:
after i disconnect the phone from the PC:
Connect BROM failed: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL(2005)

and it says:
The device attempted to power on before SP flash tool could flash files to it

and i can't remove the battery.

What do you mean by

Are you saying your phone was working until you tried to flash it and now it's bricked?

yes the phone worked that i got this phone, i use Smart Phone Flash Tool to flash a new systemOS. and now it's bricked.
