Dedicated, i want to run them at least on high spec at 1080 as will be using my tv as a monitor

How much would it cost roughly for a decent mini itx that could run the latest games on high at 1080 ?

Lets say i wanted to run dying light (which is in my opinion one of the best next gen games ive played so far) at high 1080p what kind of components would i need ? what gpu cpu and motherboard would be a good starting base ?
