well done kav, way to go. i think i hit my target weight last september after dropping 30lbs from april, so I'm almost at a year of maintaining it, was worried i;d just balloon back up but the diet has stayed good and a healthy doe of tri training doesn't hurt either

That's one way of looking at it, but it's an option for people who otherwise wouldn't be able to buy the console outright. Lots of people aren't disciplined enough to put money in a bank account and not touch it.

Without trawling through the XB1 forum (cos I don't want to catch anything) when is release of the console & when is release of Ghosts?

I need to cough up for a projector bulb £180, MOT (£god knows how much) Excess from bump in France £200, XBL Gold £30, as well as new console & games... all in space of next 3 months & just before Xmas.😩

Bet ill need a new receiver too as current one isn't HDMI... Bloody hell!!

Money seems to leave my pocket as quick as I can put it in👎

Nice one, if my work wasn't ~40miles away from my house I'd consider cycling but don't fancy that sort of trek! Know what you mean about money disappearing, everytime we clear a bill I'm sure we end up spending more, will be putting a bit away each month though to save for one of the new gen of consoles, don't think I'll be rushing out to get one though as much as I'd like to.

Ok lads, for anyone who's interested, my mate out at Gamescon has spent most of today on BF4 and Forza 5. He's hugely disappointed in BF4 (he's a big BF3 fan) as he said it feels like a map pack for BF3. Forza 5 on the other hand he thinks is spectacular. Titanfall tomorrow.

By the way, has anyone heard from Yennil lately? He's usually on MW3 most nights but I haven't seen him for ages.

No release date yet Wolfie, sometime in November is all they've said. PS4 is 29 November. Ghosts is out on 5 November.

Plenty of time mate, you can always pick up a lot of the release titles for half price six months down the line.

Cheers for the info. Did he get a hands-on with the PS4? Would be interested to hear any feedback. Surprised about BF4, just watched this short vid and it looks absolutely epic:

you'd be better of buying ghosts for the 360 then right? otherwise youl'd have to wait for the one to be released before you could play?

my mba is finished in october when i hand in my thesis, so this will be the first time in 2 years i can have a proper go at COD

I started a thread in GC some months back re internet privacy, google glasses etc. I mentioned AVF passing on cookie data to 3rd parties and they didn't bite.
I had the same with thing as you but I was looking at ads for chicken coups 5 mins after googling them.
