Shame they didn't just do a deal similar to what M$ do where you pay the regular price for a code but it for 12months 2months as that would work out for people like me coming from xbox.

Not all the time, when Gears 3 came out they had promotional Xbox live subs of 12 2 months and then a year or so before that they done one via the dash for 12 1 month. Similar to this

Kind of, just run the offer as they are till the 20th of Sep but do a code instead of automatically adding it to your account, so for people jumping ship from MS can take advantage of the offer aswell. I don't care either way I'll be getting PS  but would have been nice to be able to have joined in getting the offer as new customer, I'm in no way saying that it should be something they hand out the whole time, but would have been nice while they have the deal on anyway.

as said in earlier post you can take out the offer ( one years ps  with an extra 3 months , this will added to what ever you have left running , (got to between now and 20th sep)  

i used cdkeys and bought to £25 network cards , but also use the discount code for liking them on facebook ( had to use to different accounts tho ) so i got £50 for paying £41.78
with that i got 15months worth of ps  which was stacked to my  other 1 month ...giving me 16 months total of ps

He's wanting to start his 15 month from the PS4 release I believe. Not stack it on anything.

aye see , sorry ,
but i kind of agree with him , seem a bit daft taking it now or the 20th sep and lose 2months of ps  or so , "when you have to have it to play online"

i would of thought sony would of made this available form the 29th nov ,

but saying that , i took out ps  2 months ago , and have got some decent games from it , so it is worth buying at  any time

He could just leave it until last day then he won't be losing out on much.
