I can sometimes hear the bloke opposite hacking his lungs up, spitting up phlegm, wheezing. Don't know why someone would keep on smoking, he sounds like a eighty hear old. He's about 20.

Because smokers don't just damage their own health - they effect everyone around them... children,family members and poor people that are just close when the smoker CHOOSES to smoke... Non smokers do not get to make this decision...
