There are zero deleted posts in this thread, I think you may be getting confused with the othere e cig thread as this was clearly created to avoid accusations of trolling in the other one.

As I've already stated in the other e cig thread I've tried quitting so many times unsucessfully that my best option at the moment are these e cigarette machines.
Ok I'm still using nicotine but at least I'm not breathing in all the other noxious substances as well.

I was reading up on various sites and it appears that smoking an e cig is at least 100 times safer than smoking the real thing, and the vapor that's inhaled is the same as  used in nebulisers used in the treatment of asthma.
I've not smoked a cig for the past 4 days due to me using a e cigarette and I fell so much healthier already.
It's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned.

Clearly e cigarettes are the best option for those who smoke but find it very difficult to quit.

This thread has reminded me, there's only one thing worse than a smoker. It's an ex-smoker who thinks that giving up smoking is the single greatest thing they could of done for anyone and everyone they've ever met. Gets right on my nerves. If people wanna smoke, let them do it. Don't give them a bloody lecture on it.
