Worked a ski season a few years back it a pretty fancy hotel chalet place. Staff meals were whatever the guests were having that night so for the first 4 months was nothing but really well prepared, posh food.
One of us told the chef that we were bored of it and the next night we had some chuicken nuggets and chips and was possibly the best tasting meal I have ever had.
Then he realised it was helping his budget so ONLY got the cheap stuff and was fully fed up with bloody chicken nuggets not long afer. |
