After supporting yesterday, the entry for 2016 opened today at 3pm so did something silly and entered!!! Anyone else doing it next year?

Is this your first Ironman? Have you done many triathlons before? Are you a member of a club? Where in the UK are you?
The Long Course Weekend Tenby is a good excuse to have a look at the swim and bike legs. Being in early July it is also far enough out from the main day to not worry too much. I am fairly local to Tenby (Swansea) so always up for a recce around the bike course (with a potential run loop chucked in at the end) if you ever fancy it.

Thanks for the offer. I will be getting a local coach to sort my training out. She is an Ironman specialist and works a lot in Club La Santa as well. Hopefully see you there. What will you be doing there?

I know a few that worked for CLS, the UK base is near me.

Not sure of my role yet.  This year I was Functions & Site Manager for most of the weekend at Carew Airfield. Setting up all the events, welcome party, awards ceremony etc..
