I haven't done a routine like this for a while so I need to tinker with the weights/reps a wee bit.
I've also never run on a treadmill before, only walked, so that was an achievement for me. Hopefully I'll be able to increase time running as I get more practice. I've had problems with shin splints in the past so we'll see how this goes!
I tried good mornings after the squats but didn't feel comfortable as I've never done these before. I'll watch some YouTube clips of these and maybe try again next time.
I think I'm going to do a push/pull/legs split with the intention of losing fat so just need to come up with a plan for Tuesday Push. |
