Nice one dude, being not far off double body weight is awesome!
If I can get my movement right it won't be an issue, the strength is there it just needs application and once the mirrors are back in front of the racks it'll really help - Not as much as being slapped and shouted at by my training partner whilst heavy metal blasts around the gym. I did 4 sets of heavy fronties with my missus and her PT before starting my session, watching wifey's female PT doing 100kg gave my male ego a hit, so I had to go higher. The 180's were the 7/8th set of back squats so a lot of work was done before hand! Did well on everything else so positive overall, that when I'm fresh it'll come. |
