         Had my own made pastrami in the freezer but had to drive out for sauerkraut!
Made a remoulade sauce, wacked some Swiss cheese in and mmm a perfect Rueben sandwich for lunch!

Today was sourdough Danish pastries
Pastry made over 4 days only for me to balls it up and get it too warm in its final proof!

Anyway still taste ok

Brand new spelt starter tried out today, lovely taste and crust

Spelt starter really works well
Great bread to digest too less bloating

Felt sorry for my white starter not getting much use so made cheese potato and parsley bread today.
