Can recommend using up excess starter to make these sourdough crackers, really nice flavour and a good crunch, lovely with blue cheese and some grapes!
Going for some kaiser rolls,today to go with soup, 68% hydration so not too bad to work with bit of a hybrid as I’ve shoved 10g of instant yeast into dough as I hadn’t fed the mother yesterday.
Let’s see if they move in the next hour or so, not very warm around here today !
No where was warm down here today, quite miss an airing cupboard on days like this anyway proved up ok not,sure the kaiser cutter was pushed down far enough I’ll try harder next time.
