Put a large gammon joint in last night at 6pm and took it out this morning at 7am and am now trying really hard to not pick it all off the plate bit by bit and eat it all.
Chilli-con carne made with 2 packs of chillies, powdered chilli, chilli flakes, chilli oil and one Carolina Reaper (don't want to overdo it) real ginger, 6 cloves of garlic, tin of toms, 3/4 tube of tom puree, 4 different beans, whole red onion, 2 stock cubes and Worcester sauce.
Into the slow cooked it went for 6 hours.
