I often see Afua Hirsch on the Pledge. I know that before she even opens her mouth she will say something most disagreeable.
Sorry to say, her biggest problem is being British but not actually feeling like she is British.

Written history is normally a good judge of what is fascist etc. At times its obvious who is on the moral good side of conflict, other times like Mandela it can take decades, he was reported as being fascist or communist or whatever the trendy put down of the era, but it certainly got him on our terrorist lists right into this millennium.

The problem with history is that the individual can always make it fit to a specific agenda. Even this small thread in an ever enlarging universe proves that point on the smallest of scales.  Opinions are like arseholes as everyone has  one ,  can't change one's arsehole much like one can't  another's opinion.
