How are you going to make the poor wealthier with less tax. Or even pay for enlargement of the state.

Well I don’t see a 100k earner as the rich but I get your point, maybe the the tax bands need realigning?

Again, tax bands and rates can be changed and have been many times, and again a 100k earner is not the rich.
