If we're going to introduce clothing bans across the UK, would it be possible to ban balding middle aged men from wearing camouflage combat fatigues as if they're still in Vietnam, when they're in fact walking around Aldi and probably never served in the army at all?  I find it pretty intimidating when they blend in with the shelves due to their excellent camouflage and feel that they could pull out a rifle at any time.

Is there a problem with these men being forced into wearing camps?

Does it prevent them from interacting with the rest of society?

Or rather than sensible debate, can I claim you are a sexist by singling out men in this way and ridiculing them?

Is it illegal to wear a swastika T-Shirt in Britain?  I'm not sure it is in itself, but obviously if the person wearing it is attending a Nazi rally and smashing up the area there's a fair chance they will be arrested.

War enthusiasts cause outrage after parading through streets in Nazi uniforms and flying swastika flags from their cars | Daily Mail Online

"But Bury Councillor Michelle  Wiseman said that although it was  illegal in Germany and France to  display Nazi insignia, no such law exists in Britain.

‘It’s difficult because when you start banning things where do you draw the line?’ she added. ‘I never understand why people would want to dress up like this."

I've got no idea if they're forced to do it but I still think it should be banned because they look ridiculous and they're pretty intimidating so there's no place for it in my country.

That's a fair view.

But should you be forced to apologise for offending anyone who might fall into this group?

Or should we respect your absolute right to comment on what other people wear and to ridicule them?

I'm just a bloke on an internet forum expressing my opinion, in a sarcastic way, to show that we all see things in different ways and sweeping generalisations are dangerous.  I'd like to assume that, if I was a senior Politician, I would consider the views of the wider population and reconsider how I word my articles.  However, in a strange way, it appears that Johnson has done exactly that and chosen to court those voters who are bored of UKIP and looking for a new leader to follow.

The funny thing is that people are so caught up in defending his right to ridicule that they seem to be oblivious to the fact they're being played for votes and Johnson will try a different tactic in a few weeks if this doesn't work.

That's no good then, you'll ruin the camouflage. Have you considered a mullet instead?
