Looks like this new fella is Corby through and through. Loony left and ukip in the assembly with nationalists trying to stride the worlds stage. Banana republic more like.

I am going to do what every other self respecting keyboard warrior does and moan about it on some web site.....

And vote, not that that counts for much in my area, a rabid brick with a red rosette will win every time.

They should make voting compulsory with "none of the above" as an option and ram the "none of the above" numbers down every winners throat at the interviews. It is depressing when a winner on a less than 40% turnout claims the area was all for them.

Spoiled papers get a scant mention at the count and I have done that in the past just to vote.

Going over to the corner to shake my fist at the ceiling and complain about the price of lavabread.

It's not just the cost, it is the time.
And the pileup when someone hasn't woken up properly and smashes into a queue of a few vehicles.

How many crashes have there been at the booths?

Biggest issue is not the queues at the bridge, it is Newport at the tunnels. It will be interesting to see what predictions comes true with respect the delays.

Usually I would go the old bridge at certain times to avoid the queues at the booths, unless I was traveling from the north then it was the M50 etc. Monmouth was always a pain at the wrong time.

People would have had a smash anyway by the looks of it.

Started using the bridges for work late 80's or so (old one at the time of course) and in all the years I have not been held up by accidents on the toll booths, stopped using them earlier this year. Granted it was not every day but more times than I care to remember. Been held up by many a case of talent running out elsewhere.

OT. When they were doing a lot of works on the old bridge, there were often traffic queues backing up from the east side right across  the bridge. Spent many an hour sat in the van/car/landrover/small lorry on the middle wondering why the thing bucked around so much.
