Indeed

In response, Mr Smith said he had referred the firm to the case of Goldsmith and Another v Bhoyrul and Others - a 1997 case which established that political parties do not have the power to sue in defamation proceedings.

He said: "Like many others, I would like to see a full, open, and transparent independent inquiry into the funding of Nigel Farage and the Brexit Party."

I do admire her for her consistency, she is always on message. Annoyingly so, but true to her cause.

I thought some one would of come in by now to tell us we are wrong on this ! I mean she has campaigned on a second independence reforendum based on the UK leaving the EU .

Will put a real spanner in her plans if we stay in , second thoughts no it wouldn't .

My question is does she rely on Scotland being able to join the EU?
They won't be part of the EU automatically.

I cant see the EU making it hard to join as Scotland would be a net contributor - the EU will need the money.

Can some one please tell me or link me to Nicola staying  in the UK if the UK remain in the EU ?

This is what the Scottish independence resolves on ? Staying in the EU ?

The only reason for a 2nd Scottish reforendum so soon after the last one as we brits voted leave.

I would like to see a full breakdown of Scotland's economic situation including a thirty year projection on oil and gas.
The EU would as well if Scotland wanted to join.

Didn't see any EU requirement for 30 year projections on oil and gas before Croatia, Slovenia etc joined. The main issue would be alignment with Copenhagen criteria and the chapters of the acquis.
Chapters of the acquis - European Neighbourhood Policy And Enlargement Negotiations - European Commission
As a former part of a country which was until recently a member of the EU it can be expected that these criteria/chapters would be easy to meet.

What may be the sticking point is Scotland getting an opt out from joining the ERM and adopting the euro as currency. Claim an independent Scotland would need to join the euro is Mostly False
