Looks good Alex.

I've got the cayenne turbo set up 360mm vented disks, 6 pot callipers (brembo) and braided hoses very very effective.

No not gone down the Fi route I've had the brakes, exhaust suspension done but decided the £6k to supercharge it would be best spent on a new car.

Thank you.....I think those brakes are about as good as the AP's and Alcon's I've had previously,so I'm very happy with them, and the Cayenne system has a lot of happy users around on the VW forums.

Agreed also on the costs of turbo or supercharging...sometimes the law of diminishing returns does have it's uses!

I still have a few things to do,but overall I'm very happy with mine right now,as it runs and rides far better than it did when I bought it,but has the sort of power it should have had in the beginning.

It's kind of a shame that more manufacturers don't have their own approved tuning arms such as AMG and so on,but I guess if you could simply buy a car like that off the shelf,it would remove a lot of the fun.

Where do you guys get all the clean cars from?

Those both look like showroom cars compared to mine!

LOL!! You have clearly never driven or heard a "performance" N/A engine then with a decent exhaust system on proper induction, ie proper DOHC Vtec engines and and the likes. Trust me, a car revving quickly and happily to 8k  with a decent induction and exhaust system does not sound nasty or look silly, and Ive seen many many turbo cars that sound atrocious in comparison to N/A cars with proper systems on them.   N/A engines also see decent bhp with decent breathing mods no different to boosted, difference is boosted naturally requires more air and thus breathing mods go further.

Congratulation, your F/I car that has had a claimed 20k spent on it is faster in a straight line than a standard n/a car.

The Civic and Integra that have the K20 motor are perfectly capable in stock form. The latter being regarded as one the best fwd n/a chassis to date. With a budget heading toward 20 grand a K20a engined car could be made into a real weapon that could give alot of other cars a serious run for their money.

well youve hit the nail on the head there straight away. Your statement said that it was a waste of time putting filters and exhausts etc on N/A cars based on idiots that get crappy back boxes and custom exhaust systems thinking bigger is better and thus your statement was based on monkeys thinking they know what theyre doing and not correct at all. You put any PROPER exhaust sytem, induction, manifold, etc etc on a N/A performance engine and you WILL see increase in performace. Yes if you put some crappy system on a performance or any engine you will loose performance and stock system have had enough r&d to deliver decent results, but replace these stock parts (il use honda engines as an example) with proper off the shelf performance parts from the like of Spoon, Greddy, Mugen, etc etc and you will GUARENTEED get peformance increase, so please dont stay statements based on n00bs with corsa 1.2s who think a 5" exit is a great idea and label that N/A engines are waste of time modding as its completely incorrect and frankly loose credibility in my head.

Also there is a massive difference between boy racers and proper enthusiasts, your statement is based on the chavvy idiots that know nothing really about cars and properly modding, instead just go to their local halfords or motoist centre to get there Pico\scorpion\RaceX\whatever new crap their pushing "performance" backbox for £100, where as an enthusiast would know this is a complete waste of time and instead be spending £600  on a proper exhaust system, same for any part. Just because you see your halfords regulars make boy racer epic fails, doesnt mean that N/A cars are a waste modding as theyre far from it.

Also  1 on fezzas "Congratulation, your F/I car that has had a claimed 20k spent on it is faster in a straight line than a standard n/a car" comment. I know what id rather spend 20k on, infact, id spend 10k on a second hand DC5, then if i really wanted to spend another 5k on a greddy turbo kit and breathing mods, leave you for dust in every inch of performance that car would have, and still have 5k left over to have a laugh with   be left with more than just a fiat punto when it came down it all. But still this is still irrelivant, I could get 4k together to buy and tweek a car that would out perform your spec in a hart beat, but in fairness thats not what moddings about so fair play to the effort youve put in to yours.
