Personally I prefer the white one. The interior has a bit more about it, it’s a bit less somber.

But it is manual...

My thoughts exactly, although id like a automatic again ive only ever driven a manual so its not a deal breaker.

I dont neccesarily have to go with a A4, do you think a A6 or A5 would be a better option, or should i look at a different car altogether.

It’s a very personal thing, really. You have the usual suspects - bmw 3 series, C Class. Then left field choices, Lexus (I forget model number) and Volvo S60.

Me? I like the Volvo as it’s a rarer sight than the usual suspects.

You can’t really go wrong once you’re looking at well serviced cars, especially with a guarantee.

If you're only doing 8k, may I suggest an older RS4 with the V8?

Didn’t they release a 3l V6 with a supercharger and turbo? That’d be good too.

When my commute in my Mk5 Golf Tdi was reduced from 45 min each way to 10 min each way I had two sensible decisions.

Keep the golf and pocket the fuel savings.
Sell the golf and cycle to work.

so obviously, I sold the Golf Tdi and bought a Mk5 R32 instead(whilst I still had my VX220, pictured left)

I then decided it was sensible to sell both, as neither got huge amounts of use - and bought a modified Audi TTRS.
