He is almost unstoppable. I don't think I have ever seen a player who possesses the mental strength, stamina, ability and resistance to match him. Nadal possibly is the closest but, even Nadal cannot beat him on anything but clay and he could and should have lost the French to him but the rain delay saved him.

Federer is still the best I have ever seen for pure ability and in his prime, would probably have had too much for Djokovic but, even so, the guy never ever looks beaten, even when he's trailing. Astonishing.

The French will be interesting if Nadal isn't there....

Stop talking complete and utter ******.  Stick to make-up and cocktails or whatever other girly crap floats your boat.  Your comments on sport are embarrassing both here and in the football forum and are clearly aimed at winding people up and are a sign of someone that is very, very immature.

Murray doesn't need any byes.  He has improved greatly both physically and mentally and was beaten by the better man on the day.  That's pretty much it.

Federer is without question the greatest ever. But this should be his last year! He could go on to tarnish his reputation. He's already becoming a bit of an underdog.

Ill never forget all the moments he has given us though. So many happy memories. His swagger and conferences, his play to back it up, his titles, his trick shots, his varied play. A master.

But he'd have got pounded today and it would have actually been quite sad. A 5 set loss in the semi is slightly less demeaning.

I hope he sticks on for Wimbledon and then bows out while still a great player. I'd love to see him commentate but he's not that kind of guy. He'll go off into the wilderness to train younglings and enjoy life I think.
