As it was said before, this looks and feels like it's supposed to be the Follow-Up to "Lost".
The story , well the idea actually itself isn't that bad. It certainly sounds like it could be something.
After watching the first three episodes, two things really spoil it for me:
1) I've never seen so many terrible terrible actors in a single show. Honestly, not a single one of them does at least a decent job. Every single character is absolutely one-dimensional and even with that the cast seems to struggle.
2) The writing is so sloppy, it sometimes starts to hurt physically. The tunnel and all? Give me a break please! So many things are open to interpretation, but - unlike Lost - in a very uninteresting, boring and made-up way.
I really can't rate it by now ... have to wait if it gets any better.
I'm gonna watch one or two more episodes because, like I said, the story itself could be interesting. But if it does not greatly improve in acting and the actual telling of the "story", it's a "lost" case. Pun intended!
Addendum (August 2010): Just watched episode 8 and it seems there is no end to how stupid it can get. Can't watch this nonsense any longer. Here's a deserved "1" and I am outta here ...
