Disappointing

Reading the description for the show got me excited, but that's where the excitement ended.
Dan's writing has become extremely tired: the dated stereotypes, re-packaged characters from his older works, out-of-touch attempts at relating to the internet generation....A WHOLE MESS.
I don't know what's up with all these children's tv writers not knowing how to grasp the fast-changing trends in tech & internet culture? Even Disney's 'Bizaardvark' - despite also doing a terrible job at incorporating tech into TV, got the self-deprecating humor of the internet generation down, along with having storylines that go miles deeper into modern day problems than anything Game Shakers has come up with so far.

I'm still within the target audience of Nickelodeon - if that adds any credibility to my review.
