Superfast in UK/European Jargon is generally any connection or package over 24-30Mbps. Over 100Mbps and it becomes Ultrafast.
I wouldn't base anything on the BT Retail's package names though.
I know nothing about BT's system but as the engineery type I'd interpret that space as a higher order delimiter than the dashes, i.e. something like:
Category: Broadband FTTC & FTTP
Specifics: Broadband Active FTTP NoSIM.
I guess the NoSIM bit is probably referring to "simultaneous provide" which is the activation of a broadband and phone service at the same time. I'm not sure whether you took the fibre home phone package, if you did you might want to query it but I don't know how simultaneous provide works with FTTP.
I guess the Active is just Activation or similar, it's not bringing up any other associations for me. |
