Had my DeLonghi bean to cup machine for about 18 months now, and couldn't live without it. It was an extravagance, and I rarely use anything other than double long (lungo?) for myself, but if it broke, I do think I'd have to buy another one straight away; it's included on the 'essential' kitchen equipment list (kettle, steamer etc)
It is nice do do a 'special' coffee if we have guests, but to me it's an everyday glugger maker.
It looks very similar to @Inferno's machine, its this one
I've been buying 1kg bags of beans from Costco, and am currently on their own brand (Kirkland) Guatemalan, which is ok, but am looking to try some mail order ones, so I think I'll be trying some of the sites listed here. |
