Well I'm now an S4 owner, decided that despite the extra RAM and storage and slightly smaller size that I did miss having the stylus so rather than fork out for a muh dearer iPad I got a 4G S4.
It definetly feels faster than the S5e and so far I haven't hit any RAM issues the S-Pen is very nice, much improved on my lastS-Pen experience on the S3.
Also picked up the keyboard cover which is much better than the S5e one = its a little heavier and more solid which makes it much better to use,I also think the slight extra heft of the tablet keeps it in the pogo connector slot better too.
All in all delighted with this as mainly an entertainment device but the keyboard means I can use it for work too but decided to go down the route of an Ultrabook (Huawei Mateboox X Pro) for work stuff - its a nice combo!
One query I do have though - what battery life is everyone getting? I thought this was meant to be slightly better than the S5e (bigger battery I think) but it seems to drain to 90% very very quickly.

Glad you're liking it mate!

My experience is probably the same with regards battery life but it has improved as times gone on, much like the S5e I had before.
