As much as I would love to help you out, my knowledge of mechanics is close to zero so I have no idea what I am looking for - although I did find a few of your threads on other forums looking for help.

Actually, what is needed is not to find the Part (a Right Hand Drive Manual Steering Gear Box), but rather a Company in your country that MAKES Steering Gear Boxes. In the UK ALL Manual Steering Gear Boxes would be Right Hand Drive, except those in your Post Office Delivery Vehicles (if, indeed you have a Postal Delivery System).
Part of the FUN of being an "Old Car Hobbiest" is ferreting out odd and unusual parts, and coming up with novel, and ingenious solutions.
