I read something about the way Marshmallow treats SD cards - something called adoptable storage
You can put an SD card in as an extension to the internal hard drive, and it 'fuses' data (perhaps from a user's perspective a little like how a mac fuses spinning drives and SSDs), and the experience is supposed to be considerably more seamless than what we've had in the past. That said, the SD card is linked to the phone, and should you attempt to switch it, you'd lose the benefits temporarily
Marshmallow - SD card - Tips and Tricks
*just googled it. my info was based on a prediction last week about why S6 dropped it and S7 is bringing it back. supposedly S7, despite having SD cards, shunned adoptable storage.

When you say you don't like the odd T&C's is there anything particular you don't like, or that you find odd? Had a read through them and can't see anything myself, thinking I must be missing something

So does that mean no 7 edge plus then?

Looks that way unless they bring one out at a later date, the S7 Edge is 5.5 inches and the S6 Edge was 5.7 inches so I guess they decided 5.5 was a big enough screen size

I emailed the Samsung Shop regarding the VR headset and my preorder and was told that at present they are not offering this deal. I was then told that they are doing an internal petition and all those that complain would have their details taken and they would raise the issue 'higher up' in the hopes that Samsung then allow the offer on their online shop. So fingers crossed but wouldn't hold my breath.
It is a bit strange though how other third party shops can offer this but not their own shop.

I spoke with Vodafone last night, they're offering unlimited minutes and texts, 20GB data and sky sports for the duration of the contract for £50 no upfront cost, plus the VR headset (Which I'll just sell on)
