Is anyone else having problems claiming the headphones?
My form won't let me select any products to claim.

I can't claim mine yet either as it's only been 1 week from I received the phone, (even though I pre ordered 3 weeks ago) the website says have to wait for 14 days from receipt.

My problem is that I pre-ordered with Vodafone and the pre-order email doesn't actually tell me what I pre-ordered!

How long did you have to wait to hear if your claim has been successful?I've not heard anything back yet.

I applied Friday afternoon and heard back Monday evening. It says I will get them within 30 days... Hoping for sooner!

How has everyone transferred their data from their old phone to their P20?

When I came from iOS to my S8 there was an app that transferred it all wirelessly direct from phone to phone

I've had a Google and all that comes up when transferring from S8 to Huawei is having to connect them both to a computer. Doesn't seem to be a way of doing it directly from the phones.

Yeah, back up everything on Google. Then you can restore it on the Huawei.
