Tweet your story to EE / Nokia and they'll sort out the store in question.Saw some American woman got a free 920 and some monster headphones for complaining about some shoddy service from Best Buy.

I'm sure somebody's ass will get kicked for not having an exclusive phone on display.

I've given up on getting this phone. I wanted the red handset but I'm not prepared to pay nearly an extra £50 just to get it in red exclusively from phones4u. The ee shop is selling this in black for just under £50 cheaper. Also read the small print from Nokia for getting the "free" wireless charging dock. You can be waiting up to six weeks to get it (if at all) it can also be withdrawn at any time. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 Why didn't they just put it in the box? They are obviously hoping that you don't apply or it.
Sadly Nokia a failing company for 7years have now developed a narcissistic attitude. Who do they actually think they are? Not a company that will be getting my money. Exclusivity agreements for Nokia with eedata:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7. Try that one Nokia when you are as big as apple or Samsung.

One has to wonder what kind of fools are "running" Nokia. They actually believe they are in a position where they can dictate that users of their handsets must use ee. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
It's been obvious to me for years that the "leadership" "running" Nokia have not got a clue. It took them years to understand that no one wanted to use their complete rubbish "operating system" Symbian. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
This reminds me of the now defunct company called Palm. They too released a pretty good handset called the Palm Pre but stupidly made it an exclusive with O2.

BBC News - Nokia 'may have lost more than a billion dollars in the last three months'

Naturally, the loss Nokia made that quarter is unsustainable in the long term but you have to consider, Nokia have $6.64 billion in the bank and despite your rant, the Lumia 920 is selling very very well.
That kind of loss was always expected, Steve Elop discussed it in Q2, it was never a surprise loss.Moving from Symbian was always going to result in product transition losses.Despite what you think, Symbian was not a 'complete rubbish' operating system, try asking those who used it.
So now you cant get what you want, its all **** right data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7Go and buy into IOS and Android then, 90% of people who I have talked to who are using Windows 8 mobile are very positive about the experience.
