Some people have complained about an electrical high pitched hum on the motors, so here is my test.
If you use headphones you can here it.
It doesn’t bother me, and if I use headphones to race I won’t hear it at all.

Moved my room around and blinged up my rig before fitting the SFX100 hopefully next week.

Well it’s all fitted on.
Took me best part of the morning to assemble and fit them https://www.avforums.com/attachments/e7b5f0f1-fb1c-4ee6-96a7-285667e19b21-jpeg.1150166/ https://www.avforums.com/attachments/43bed4ee-97ef-4df1-98bb-685f0109b473-jpeg.1150165/

Nice, driver table looks good too. Probably going to be my next upgrade if I ever get my OSW sorted.

I painted the insides of my profiles using enamel paint to blend them in with the rest of the rig a little.

What 3D printer is this?
I just found out about this SFX100 motion rig deal and i'm already hooked on the idea lol. I'm fine with the electronic side of things and putting things together but I've got zero clue about 3D printers. So i was wondering which one this is? Why you chose it and if you'd go for a different/bigger one if you had a do over?
Oh BTW your rig looks awesome! Congrats!
Cheers

It was the cheapest one I could find, a 'Creality Ender 2' which was £95 new from ebay.
I too didn't have the first idea about 3d printers so didn't want to spend much.
Others were using a Prusa or the Ender 3, but I didn't want to spend much as I didn't think I would use it again, and wanted it to be small enough to hide away (still not managed that yet).
It worked fine and when I got my head around it was easier than I thought it would be.

Thanks for the reply data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
It's good to know a cheaper printer is capable of doing what's needed to get the bits printed! I just ordered a creality ender 5 pro yesterday. Should be here tomorrow, cant wait!!!
Maybe you can help me with this?
I've looked around quite a few places on forums and i'm struggling to find what i would class as a proper wiring diagram with directions/labels.
Also, do you have any pictures/documentation of the electrical system as a whole. For example starting at the power coming from the wall to your servos - to the motors etc. I'm just struggling to picture in my head how everything goes.
Cheers

If you mean wiring the power up then I will sort some photos out tomorrow.
If you also mean the wires for the usb to the motors etc then search for SFX Shield.
