How do you access the dlc? In game or on the eshop?
It's in the game.You have to go to the Outrealm gate which appears at the bottom of the map after chapter 4 or 5.In there you can buy and play the dlc maps.

It is but it's best value to buy all 3 maps in the champions pack for £2.99 rather than get the first one free and buy the others separate.
