Well guys it had to happen sooner or later..After 4 days, 22 hours and 4 mins of MW2, I have unlocked the Prestige button!!!
The urge to click on it is immense but I like having all the weapons and attachments I've unlocked and I don't really see the value in going back to square one.Loving the AK-47 at the mo too even though its about as stylish as a fat bloke in lycra...
Oh and I know I only managed to unlock it by turning up and playing.Luckily I didn't have to be good at it...

They have ruined the AK-47 this time round, was my favourite gun on COD4 but they have messed it up.
I had thoughts of not pressing the button but did it as soon as I was able and you seem to fly through it the second time round, back on level 32 now.

When I prestiged I spent the first 20 levels or so regretting it... after about a week of constantly getting shot it was okay though.
Well, I had a couple of hours yesterday between 3.30 6.00 and came to the conclusion that they need to rename this game COD on ice the amount of skating in games yesterday was laughable.
This was the first time I have played the game since the update and asking SKY to lower my ping. My ping is now on average 45 ms which is a lot lower then I had previously but I still got kicked from 3 games. The amount of times I was shot when behind cover only to see on the kill cam that I was still in the open was annoying to say the least. I am not sure what it is but since the update and lowering of the ping I cant hit squat. Anybody have any ideas?

Not sure about your ping issues, i'm pretty sure my one seems to vary, but yesterday was particuarly bad for me. Normally i have no issues, but yesterday i played in some games pretty much the same as yours. Getting killed by people i didnt even see. It was a joke. Gave up and played Fifa and had no issues there.
