I am just reading these positive comments and wondering that is it just me who had very bad luck with this company??!! :/ I ordered 2 mobiles (galaxy S4 and Z1 Compact) on 8th June. After 3 or 4 days they arrived but instead of the Z1 Compact I got a Sony Xperia SP. Sooo I wrote a message to them than I had to wait a few days to get an answer. They said I have to take a picture of the phone and I have to write down it's serial number. I did it. Then I had to write a few more days again to get a response. Then they sent me the returning file by email. I had to print it,fill ii and sign it than send it back with the wrong mobile. I sent it parcel force. I wrote them the tracking ID. Than they sent me an e-mail that when the mobile arrives they will send the right phone immediately. I checked the item with the tracking ID and it was alreay there. Finally i wrote them an email that I will report the company to the police. One day later I got the answer that they got the wrong item and they will send me the right one. So after one month!!! waiting I have a Z1 compact. Maybe this is just bad luck but I was sooo dissapointed.

Received my iPads today. They were in a sealed Apple box with UK plug. Have yet to set them up but so far they look genuine. Will post again when they are up and running.

Sorry about that Bella, at least you got the right product in the end. I don't think they're a perfect company, but with the money people are saving its got to be worth it. And the fact that you did get the exchange in the end (however annoying it was) shows they are a genuine company.

Just joined the forum to say that I have just ordered a Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 35mm FE camera lens from Expedit Electronics, hopefully everything will go smoothly. I will keep you updated as to when I will receive it. So for now I am counting 2 days since I ordered it and is still saying preparing. Wait and see...

Hi All. Just to say that the two iPads I ordered on 5 July arrived on 10 July. One WiFi and the other WiFi and cellular. Both work perfectly. They came in sealed Apple boxes with UK plug. The software needed one update. I got the iWork's and iLife apps free. I registered them with Apple using their serial numbers and they are covered for 90 days unlimited telephone support and 1 year Apple Warranty so if there are any problems I just phone Apple or go into my nearest Apple store. Very happy customer. I hope this helps anyone deciding whether to order or not.

Found my dream phone a Nokia lumia 1520 at £299.99.
I was a little apprehensive on using this company.
Found this forum and gave it a good read.
So I've just ordered one at £294.99 . £5 off coupon came in handy.
Email with order number arrived,now the waiting begins.
Will let you know how it went.

Just to add my experience...was after a new Samsung tablet and although being slightly skeptical with the low price thought it was worth a go.Worst that could happen would be the bank/paypal would have to claim monies back if it didn't work out
Ordered the tablet on Thursday 10th July...didn't receive any notification and couldn't log into my account.Contacted them and they replied within a few hours (broken English but made sense!) saying the order didn't go through and would have to re-order.I hadn't been charged so will give them the benefit of the doubt on that and assume I just hadn't completed the order correctly (though pretty sure I had)
Re-ordered on Friday afternoon, got a notification email straight back and could log in to my account fine.Order went from 'processing' to 'complete' within a few hours, got an email saying it was out being sent on Monday, and have just received it today (Tuesday 15th) - Parcel Force delivery.Well packaged and as described - can't complain about that at all and pretty amazing considering the price (£250).Price has dropped to £240 looking at their site today for the same item which is a bit annoying - but considering it was still £45 less than Amazon I really can't complain!
Will use again that's for sure
