I eventually opted for an Ipad Air W Cell 16gb which i ordered on Friday 27th and I received it through Parceforce on Tuesday 1st, dispatched from Drayton. I never received any mail following my order other than updating my order status as 'completed' in my account. I was surprised on receiving it. It has no issues and has kept me busy the whole day. Good product and excellent service!

Can you confirm when your order went from "Processing" to "complete"? Mine has been processing for 4 days now and I wondered if it changes when the parcel gets to parcel force or a few days before?

from friday when i ordered it showed processing till monday afternoon. i stated how i received my parcel without receiving communication from expedite/courier and today at 8.00am expedite sent me the tracking number for the Ipad i received on tuesday. I suggest that you wait for the stated delivery period they gave you

My did take a few days to go from processing to complete, and then even when it is complete that doesn't mean it will be with you straight away. I'm sure it'll be with you in the given time period though!

On the strength of the positive comments I have read on here about the company, on the 30 Jul I ordered a Z2 tablet. Immediate repsonse email confirming the order, now just waiting for delivery. Checked the site today and still showing as processing! Hopefully all goes well, already bought the cover, charger, extra mem etc. Will post again when it arrives

I posted a ticket thing and asked about my order on 3/7 and got a reply next day saying "Your order is dispatched from our warehouse to carrier facility and will deliver to you on 7 - 9 Jul. We will send the tracking number to you once Parcel Force dispatched. " My order changed from processing to complete on 4/7 and awaiting my phone!

I ordered mine on 29/06 and it changed to complete today (04/07) so don't fret. You could do what I did and send a support ticket
