Chicken Chili Masala, or Jalfrezi.Maybe a Vindaloo if I'm feeling brave but they are usually just too hot to spoil the taste.
I am gagging for one now just thinking about it, this time next week I'll be going to my local for my birthday treat courtesy of the better half - can't bloody wait data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

not all are sloppy. there are a few dry ones. my brother in law had chicken stuffed with lamb when we all went out recently in a dry sauce. it was lovely (i nicked a bit)

I agree,when i'm sober anyway.
To me a curry is like a kebab, wouldn't dream of eating one sober, but a night out at the pub and i can't get enough data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Oh no, I know what curry it was - a green masala!
I just meant is that sort of curry, e.g. creamy, with quite a bit of sauce - a tandoori one?
As I've had a chicken tikka masala from Bradford, with not much sauce, and then one from an indian near Hemel Hempstead, which had absolutely loads!!
Thanks!

We have a Nepalese restaurant near us called to Gurkha , and their currys are way better than the Indian takeaways around here. They do a dish called tandoori chicken which sounds similar to what you had.

'Tandoori' is the kind of oven the meat is cooked in and 'masala' is just a name for 'spice mix'. So, it's very unlikely any two would taste the same.

Obviously a foreigner. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
There's a famouse Nepalese restaurant on that road that runs by Euston station. Tastier and spicier imo compared to the usual Bengali/Pakistani fare.
I'm off to Amsterdam the weekend after next and one of the first things I want to do is eat a good ristaefell in a proper Dutch Indonesian restaurant. Damn tasty selection of dishes that are milder in heat compared to a UK curry but very very tasty, especially after a couple of Dutch appetisers.
