Well... I had about £90 of Amazon vouchers, so I ordered the Instant Pot Duo; I figured it's about half the price of the Sage, and I'm confident I can figure out risottos in it as well. As much as I love non-stick pans (I do), I prefer stainless steel for this kind of cooking. It should be delivered tomorrow, and I've already got ingredients for a mac & cheese, and a beef Massaman curry. Exciting!

There is a downside - the Tefal Nutricook is probably going to be useless now data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

They are lovely. My butcher saves the cheeks for me when he gets a fresh cow in.

I started getting excited until I saw the price tag. For 200 notes I think I'll stick with my Morphy Richards 5l slow cooker, and ladle stock into the risotto for 20 minutes data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
