I love sausages.

I also love a snobby sausage (that sounds rude to me!) as much as anyone.

I am in danger of being chastised & ridiculed but here goes...

But as an everyday sausage (not that I have sausages everyday... Mores the pity) I love a thick Richmond sausage!

Apologies for lowering the tone data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

These Me and the Farmer - Fresh Genuine Jersey Producers of genuine Jersey Pork, Beef and Lamb Products

Only snag is they're sold from a trailer at the farm, and while you're standing there the piglets are all running about in the fields next to you. I don't know how many sales they must lose because of that!

If you're not put off by that, they'll even sell you a piglet and show you how to rear and, ahem, 'process' it. I wonder how many folk can't turn it into sausage rolls at the end and just keep it as a pet data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

To be fair, even though I "think" I know what's in them, I eat donner kebabs

In the meantime, are you sure you still love Richmonds?

And theres a big question on the use of the word Pork here as well

I do all of mine in the oven in a little oil and for around 25 - 30 minutes. Not turned, just left to cook.
Come out really nice and as you say. even the supermarket ones come out half decent.

Plenty of wonderful restaurants in Glasgow.
Clearly, you just got what you went looking for.

I was on a stag do with loads of drunk Scottish blokes.
Fine dining wasn't part of the plan that evening data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7
