If not sold out might get some extra packs for the freezer. Could make a minefield version of toad in the hole.

I've still got some Reapers and Scorpions in the fridge/dried and with those could make an interesting sausage casserole data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Tesco Finest Cumberland or Finest Lincolnshire. 90% British pork, much better than Richmond sausages and their 42% meat content.

Musk's or Powters sausages both claim to be the original Newmarket sausage and both bloody fantastic. I remember as a kid taking Pontefract cakes and butchers pork scratchings down when we visited family and coming home with packs of sausages. If I'm ever traveling on the A14 I always call somewhere to stock up.

Heck or Black Farmer, but I’ve not seen the latter in a while now. Always check the pork contest, the higher the better usually.

I see these gourmet brands are firmly on the gluten-free bandwagon for all those self-diagnosed gluten intolerants as well as genuine coeliac disease sufferers
- wheat flour rusk replaced by rice flour, soya bean flour, gram (chickpea) flour etc.
