After trying pretty much every pack of sausages available in Tesco. Porky Whites are now on the weekly shop.

Their burgers are great as well (if you can find any).

I bought the Tesco Aberdeen Angus sausages a couple of weeks back and they were full of fat and water, they steamed more than fried took ages to cook them.

I gone back to Aldi's premium sausages and they are much nicer.

Probably fry then served in a pitta with some cambozola cheese, washed down with a jug of water and ice

What is everyone's preferred method for cooking sausages.Do you cook them slow or fast, fry or grill?

Marv Publish time 26-11-2019 05:06:56

I used to always fry them. But now i put them i a small tray and cook them in the over, turning once.
No more standing around and everywhere getting splashed with fat.

How long and at what temp?

Mine are always too dry no matter what brand I buy.
