Thanks for all the replies, some 'food' for thought...
Going to try some of the Merguez first as I love spicy food, then work my way through some of the overs over Christmas, may as well enjoy myself whilst getting fat, ha ha! data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

I try and buy ours from the local farmers market although that only happens once a month. In terms of supermarket brands, Waitrose do a very nice one, pork and red wine I think it was.

I am actually really lucky living in bath, there are multiple butchers, a great farm shop place that deals entirely in pork meat, and the bath sausage shop.
Win win win. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Agreed, apart from my local butchers Boerewors, these are the best.
