I keep meaning to get out for a run now the weather is lovely but cooler. I did previously get up to 5k in just under 30mins so I'm interested know if I can still do that sort of time. I do find running to be incredibly mentally challenging though...

yep, I do enjoy it now - never used to tho, well, not at any distance anyway...but running back home is hard as it's mainly uphill...

but on the treadmill - I'm fine once I get past the 15 minute mark...

Still plodding along, taken a break from the 5x5 routine and now just doing stuff that I enjoy at the gym for a bit, also doing the 22 push-ups for 22 days

Started off this morning with a 13km run around my neighbourhood, phone tracking is slightly off though

Then went to the gym and did the following

Blimey. You had a good pace for your run and then moved a hell of a lot of weight in the gym! Very impressive workout.

Did the 5x5 routine today, dropped the weight a bit (although the app didn't offer it automatically for some reason)
Then did some curls and triceps, plus my 22 push-up challenge for PTSD
Felt good considering I've had 3hrs sleep every night for 2 weeks

Started off with a 3k run on the treadmill

I've not been in the gym or even trained properly at home for about 2 weeks now. Managed to go swimming yesterday morning though, but at the moment work has me knackered..

Work is crap here too, need to find an escape! 3 weeks leave is helping though

shodan Publish time 26-11-2019 05:06:44

Leave? What is this Leave you speak of? My team on my squad is meant to be one and five. Currently we are one and three. One of the three is about to go off for 12 weeks and the other works compressed hours where she doesn't do the same shifts as me. And when the DS isn't in (like this week) I'm expected to do his job as well as mine and the other two/the missing staff. Oh, and the DS is off soon for a month when there is only two of us left anyway....

And breathe....

Oh dear! Sounds pretty sh*t
