5x5 @80kg tonight done. I usually do 1x5 warm up sets at 2 different weights, though tonight I did 3 warm up sets as it's really heavy for me! Squats is my favourite exercise.

haven't done weights in over a year, but been setting up a gym in the garage over the last month, waiting on dumbbells sets to be delivered.
The Bodymax CF415 Squat and Dip Rack With Spotter Catchers arrived yesterday, but waiting for dumbbells to arrive before I start using the home gym
I remember I weighed between 67 and 70kg and could squat 90kg consistently, sometimes I managed 100/110kg for 5 or so reps

Who uses a belt for squatting? I haven't so far but my form has been going off a little and when I did 5x5 @ 90kg on Friday I was a bit all over. So I'm going to deload and have just bought a belt.

I don't use a belt for anything. I like my training to just be me, even if that holds me back a little.

You don't need a belt at 90kg. Personally I'm aiming for double bodyweight without a belt and even after that I'll do everything but max sets without a belt maybe.
A belt can't fix form problems. If your core is your weak point then work harder on it. Do assistance exercises. The whole chain from ankles to upper body needs to be strong. Also, are you bracing and using your abs correctly (valsava). It's the same way you use a belt.
