First one for me with tinned toms (decent quality) and black pudding instead of mushrooms.

Yes to salad with some breakfasts as well.

I prefer fried bread to hash browns, and always tomatoes not beans with breakfast. Also, if I do have anything potato related its new potatoes "magically" spare from the previous evening then sliced and fried.

More importantly the ramekin is chipped. So it should have gone before the beans went anywhere near it. Also forks never seem to be able to get all the contents out!

https://www.avforums.com/attachments/e26afcef-0d01-4f71-806b-0cc560663873-jpeg.959817/       A healthy breakfast , no oil used, 2 flat mushrooms, lean bacon medallions on top with an egg on each and a bit of salad,

For me a thin slice of black pudding under each egg and apart from that it is perfect (I do like the larger mushrooms) with good use of salad leafs.

It sounds bad, at 47 I’ve never tried black pudding , I’ll try some, after seeing someone else picture on page 1 of similar brekkie, I need to work on the presentation, and maybe poached eggs next time.

If I still ate eggs I'd be all over that. For me, as I don't eat eggs I'd have to replace with say melted cheese and maybe a thin slice of bp as avdub suggested.

If you do (black pudding) and it is thin I would recommend a quick fry which will avoid burning it and keep it soft in the middle.
Presentation looks good to me with good healthy looking yokes and................

Slice it fairly thin and make sure the pan is hot before putting it in.

We used to have a US themed pub come diner down our way that was very popular . On a Sunday morning they used to do American style brekkie . Steak n eggs on a Sunday morning with home made hash browns and a side of maple n bacon flap jackswas my gutbuster of choice .Being healty chap I chose the fresh squeezed O.J. to go with data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7.
