I want the names of international or national scientific organisations that are climate skeptics - I say NONE.
I want the percentages of scientists and the percentages of climate scientists that are climate skeptics - I say 16% and 3% respectively.

The only way to prove these types of figures are right or wrong is to survey the entire population.As this isn't practical you need to find a representative sample.
Given the agenda of the entity involved in the sample you quote it is unlikely to be representative!!
