There was chanting, but to the casual observer it was of a whoop, whoop nature.
I think Enki is a bit ashamed of his past where gorilla chants were made on the terraces and has erroneously linked the two.Not a big deal so no reason to castigate him further.

Yeh google right bit of an echo chamber.Everton, unofficial no black player policy until 1994. Still pretty bad until the early 00s .Much spoken about at the time and still is on those other frequented forums from time to time. And often brought up by Liverpool supporters and rightly so, in my opinion. There was Chris Marshall in the 70s, well before my time, he does mention racism however, glosses it over as he is often employed by the club these days.

No I cant to be honest, because I have typed into two search engines yahoo and google using edge and maxthon 'carnival racist' pretty general and nonspecific, the video is right there in the first pages. Considering it was also Notting hill carnival at the weekend somewhat more contentious and popular event, pretty remarkable.
