No offence IG, but why are you trying to interpret his replies to me? My response was in direct reply to his accusation of me being obsessed with Israel, which pales into insignificance in comparison to his 'obsession' with Labour and anti-semitism. Including today, I've had two discussions directly involving Israel which seems to have both of you accusing me of keeping on about it.

No I didn't. I called the 'accepted' definition of anti-semitism ridiculous (there are several, one of which Theresa May has accepted that includes some of what I mentioned). That is entirely different to ridiculing anti semitism as a term. If definitions that are widely accepted can't separate criticism of the Israeli state from genuine anti Jewish hatred, verbal or physical, then I find that ridiculous.
I'm disappointed you'd even ask what my thoughts are on Jewish hatred. Anyone who hates others for differences in religion, colour, nationality etc are to be abhorred. Quite why you would entertain the thought that I'd preclude Jews from my fairly explicit beliefs is quite beyond me.
To be clear, and before being accused of doing a Corbyn. Jewish hatred is something I will never understand, accept or, within reason, tolerate.

As for your question? I replied directly to another member where certain definitions of anti-semitism have trouble separating Israel criticism from Jewish hatred. It's a discussion, discussion is fluid, what's the problem?
